Add Bulk Quote and EasyOffer as separate options under the RepairDesk integration.

Currently, the RD integration only includes Mail-In and In-Store options. While all items flow into Inventory, some users want to prevent EasyOffer or Bulk Quote items from syncing to RD.

To address this, we need to add dedicated Bulk Quote and EasyOffer sections under the integration.
