Add a validation error when users in the EU use “.” instead of “,” as the decimal separator.

Problem:

Users in the EU sometimes enter “.” as a decimal separator when adding manual prices in the Price Editor. The platform requires “,” as the decimal separator, but currently there is no error feedback, so users don’t know why their input isn’t accepted.

Request:

It would be helpful to display a toast informing users that they need to use “,” instead of “.” as the decimal separator.
