From what I can see, we automatically add “sell.” to the default sender email, regardless of whether the user verifies it. Many users skip the verification process.The problem is that for unverified emails, replies to platform-generated messages (like Workflows and Notifications emails) aren’t delivered to the inbox, nor do they appear in the spam folder. This happens because replies go to @sell.domain.com, which doesn’t exist.Example: I get an email from XYZ ( unverified sender email) about needing to ship my buyback and email is from help@sell.xyz.com and I reply to it but XYZ doesn’t receive my replies. We need to automatically redirect replies to @domain.com so responses to system emails are properly received by our users’ emails.
