Ability to create a widget tile for a class of goods that require custom quote

Situation: One of the brands I carry offers high-value, customized goods. Every item requires a custom quote due to the level of customization. These are high value/high margin items for me.

Problem: When a user looks at the widget, they don’t see that brand represented. They give up and move on.

Solution: Give me the option of adding a tile to the widget for that brand, even if I don’t have any preset items for it. Instead, when someone clicks on the tile, show and explanation and instructions for requesting a custom quote.
